Όπως σημειώνει ο κ. Κουρέτας η Γιαπωνέζικη εταιρία-κολοσσός στην παραγωγή συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής: «το σκέφτηκε τρία χρόνια και θα το κάνει το εργοστάσιο άμεσα. Εμείς έχουμε μια διαφορά ως Έλληνες. Το συζητάμε δυο μέρες και το κάνουμε σε 5 χρόνια».
Η Γιαπωνέζικη εταιρία θυμίζουμε ότι διαθέτει το γνωστό «Kyolic garlic» στην ελληνική αγορά. Διαθέτει μάλιστα θυγατρικές εταιρίες σε Αμερική και Ευρώπη εξάγοντας σε πάνω από 60 χώρες σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο.

It has been a while since we visited you and because of
the Covid-19 we could not have an opportunity to see you
since then. I do hope you have been well while I have been
fine.
In fact I attended the meeting in Italy this September and had
the chance to see Professor Spandidos then.
With regard to the garlic from Larisa, we have been doing the
aging experiments and analyzing the chemical composition of
the aged garlic extract. The aging period is over one year and
we are doing the second butch this year and will plan to do so
another year.
Although the data are still incomplete, I can tell you that
the garlic from Larisa is superb in terms of its high contents
of some amino acids and the related compounds when compared
with garlics from other countries and regions
When we complete our studies and also have a chance to visit
you in Greek, we would like to present the results to you.
At present, we are very happy to find the quality of garlic from Larisa to be excellent by our study. And our aim is to make a small factory there in collaboration with your team.
I am sorry that I cannot be more precise and present you the details
but appreciate your understanding of our present situation.
I do look forward to seeing you some time in not-so-distant future.
